Job Description

Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced and passionate Skincare Specialist to join our team! As a Skincare Specialist, you will be a key member of our organization, helping guests to feel beautiful inside and out. You will provide expertise in skin care and makeup services, while also having the opportunity to introduce guests to our extensive selection of beauty products. To qualify for this role, you must have a passion for beauty, a friendly and professional attitude, and a desire to learn and develop a career in the beauty industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on skincare and makeup products and services.
  2. Demonstrate and provide detailed information on beauty products, including ingredients, application techniques, and skincare routines.
  3. Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers.
  4. Utilize customer service skills to build relationships and loyalty with customers.
  5. Accurately process customer payments and suggest additional products or services.
  6. Remain up-to-date on current beauty trends and product innovations.
  7. Perform light housekeeping duties as needed, such as restocking shelves and tidying displays.
  8. Assist with special events and promotions.
  9. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
