Responsibilities: • Provide expert advice and consultation on skincare products and services. • Develop a thorough understanding of Ulta Beauty’s skincare product lines. • Attend product knowledge classes to stay up to date on new products and services. • Assist customers in selecting the best skincare products for their individual needs. • Provide demonstrations on how to use products. • Keep track of customer preferences and make recommendations accordingly. • Ensure that shelves are well-stocked with products. • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment. • Remain up to date on all promotions and new products. • Provide outstanding customer service. • Resolve customers’ complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
