- Utilize expertise and knowledge of Clinique products to provide personalized recommendations and advice to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and concerns, and addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Clinique's products and techniques, staying up-to-date on new products and trends in the beauty industry.
- Assist customers in achieving their unique beauty goals by recommending appropriate products and demonstrating techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Clinique, promoting the brand and its values to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with sales and promotions, and actively promote them to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals set by store management.
- Attend trainings and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills related to Clinique products and techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to continuously improve service and sales strategies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Ulta Beauty and Clinique in a positive light.
