1. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers by greeting them with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the Clinique brand, products, and values in order to effectively represent and promote them to customers.
3. Provide expert skincare and makeup advice to customers, taking into consideration their individual needs and preferences.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
5. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and products in order to stay up-to-date and provide valuable insights to customers.
6. Proactively approach and engage with customers on the sales floor, offering product demonstrations and samples to increase sales.
7. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management, utilizing effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and displays, to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment for customers.
9. Continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge through training and educational opportunities provided by the company.
10. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
11. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, adhering to company dress code and grooming standards.
12. Handle customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to resolve any issues and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and opening/closing duties.
