Task Associate

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Task Associate to join our Ulta Beauty team! Our ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication abilities. In this role, the Task Associate will be responsible for helping our store run smoothly and efficiently.The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a customer service role, and the ability to work quickly and accurately. Responsibilities of a Task Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all Ulta Beauty customers
• Assist customers with any requests and inquiries
• Assist store management in maintaining store operations
• Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor
• Follow company protocols and procedures
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment
• Uphold company safety standards and regulations
• Follow Opening and Closing procedures
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Perform cashier duties when necessary
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees
