  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to promote Ultimate Kronos Group's human capital management software solutions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target industries and companies to effectively tailor sales pitches and presentations.
  4. Actively listen to client needs and concerns to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized proposals and quotes to potential clients.
  6. Meet and exceed established sales targets and revenue goals.
  7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to effectively position Ultimate Kronos Group's offerings.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Ultimate Kronos Group and network with potential clients.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention.
  11. Continuously seek out and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client relationships.
  12. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's reputation and values in all interactions.
  15. Actively contribute to team meetings and share market insights and best practices to enhance overall sales performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Client Relationships.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Or Workforce Management Software Is Preferred.
