- Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking clients to ensure their satisfaction with UKG products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with French-speaking clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding for new clients.
- Monitor customer usage and provide proactive recommendations for improving their experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to clients on UKG products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve French-speaking clients.
- Represent UKG at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services to the French-speaking market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and communication.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and distribute relevant content to French-speaking clients.
- Assist with the development and implementation of customer success processes and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Fluent In Both French And English: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills In Both French And English To Effectively Interact With French-Speaking Clients In Canada.
Prior Experience In Customer Success Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Management Is Required For This Position, Preferably In The Saas Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Canadian Market: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Canadian Market And Its Unique Business Landscape To Provide Tailored Solutions To Clients.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Customer Success Manager, The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Potential Issues And Proactively Address Them To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
