  1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide timely and appropriate resolutions.
  4. Ensure that customer support processes and procedures are in place and followed by the team.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to gather and share customer feedback and insights to enhance products and services.
  7. Train and mentor team members to maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually improve processes.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management on customer support performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  10. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and recognition of team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading A Customer Support Team, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Service Principles And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Customer Support Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal Teams And External Customers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Customer Support Systems And Processes, Including Crm Software And Ticketing Systems.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Metrics To Identify Areas For Improvement And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Enhance The Customer Support Experience.
