- Lead the presales process from discovery to solution design, collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth and revenue.
- Utilize expertise in HR and payroll technology to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of UKG solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the sales team on technical aspects of the solution.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses that address client needs and differentiate UKG from competitors.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote UKG solutions and stay updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from client interactions to inform product development and enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior presales solution consultants on best practices and product knowledge.
- Stay informed on industry and technology advancements to continuously improve and enhance UKG’s solution offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, case studies, and other sales support materials.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform sales and product strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UKG’s products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth and success.
- Continuously improve and enhance the presales process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong Technical Knowledge: A Lead Presales Solution Consultant At Ultimate Kronos Group Should Possess Advanced Technical Knowledge In The Areas Of Hr And Workforce Management Software, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Present And Demonstrate The Solutions Offered By Ultimate Kronos Group To Potential Clients.
