- Manage and maintain accurate payroll tax records for multiple clients.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll taxes and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process and submit accurate payroll tax filings on time.
- Review and reconcile payroll tax accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any payroll tax discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for payroll tax related matters.
- Assist in training and mentoring new Payroll Tax Representatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll tax processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Tax Laws And Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Tax Processing And Compliance.
Proficiency In Payroll Tax Software, Such As Ultimate Kronos Group's Ultipro.
