- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the sports industry.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and account maintenance.
- Act as the main point of contact for key partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sports industry, including current trends, player performance, and industry events.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact account performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional plans and campaigns for key partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to partners.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize account management processes and procedures.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and innovations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the Sport Performance team.
- Represent Under Armor in a professional and positive manner at all times, embodying the brand's values and mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Sports Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Sports Performance Market And Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
