- Manage and maintain relationships with top athletes, teams, and partners to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for athletes and teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for athletes and teams, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with athletes and teams to gather feedback, provide updates, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify potential new partnerships and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sports industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to effectively manage and grow key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for athletes and teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Monitor and manage the budget for athlete and team partnerships, ensuring all expenses are within budget and aligned with company goals.
- Continuously strive for excellence and work towards achieving and exceeding sales and partnership goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all account activities and communications.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive company culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Account Management Or Sales In The Sports Apparel Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing And Advertising Principles, Particularly In The Sports Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Client Relationship Management And Meeting Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.
