- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure a positive and productive business partnership.
- Serve as a senior member of the wholesale sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Utilize a deep understanding of the wholesale industry to contribute to the growth and success of the Under Armor brand.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the brand's reach and increase sales.
- Utilize strong sales skills and techniques to negotiate and secure favorable terms and agreements with wholesale partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure effective and efficient partnerships with wholesale clients.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent Under Armor in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of wholesale partnerships and make recommendations for improvement or changes as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest developments and advancements in the athletic apparel industry to ensure Under Armor remains competitive.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Wholesale Sales, Preferably Within The Athletic Apparel Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Objectives.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail And Wholesale Markets, Including Understanding Of Key Competitors And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
