As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. - Oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.

- Ensure that all store employees are providing exceptional customer service and representing the Under Armour brand.

- Collaborate with corporate teams to plan and execute store events and promotions.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Store Manager Role At Under Armor Would Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Sports Or Athletic Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Store Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Maintain A Positive Work Environment.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Merchandising: The Successful Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Inventory Management, Including Ordering, Receiving, And Tracking Merchandise. They Should Also Have Experience In Visual Merchandising To Ensure That The Store's Displays Are Visually Appealing And Organized.
