We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Team Sales Representative at Under Armour. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with our valued team accounts.   1. Drive sales: The Team Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by proactively reaching out to team accounts, building relationships, and closing deals.
  2. Build relationships: The primary responsibility of the Team Sales Representative will be to build and maintain strong relationships with team accounts. This will involve regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Represent the brand: The Team Sales Representative will serve as the face of Under Armour to team accounts and must have a deep understanding and passion for the brand. They will be responsible for upholding the brand's image and values in all interactions.
  4. Identify sales opportunities: The Team Sales Representative will be expected to identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities within their assigned territory. This may involve researching new team accounts, attending events, and networking.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals: The Team Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company. They must be highly driven and motivated to achieve and exceed these goals.
  6. Manage accounts: The Team Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing existing team accounts. This will involve regular check-ins, providing product knowledge, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  7. Collaborate with team members: The Team Sales Representative will work closely with other team members, including marketing, product, and operations teams, to ensure a cohesive and successful sales strategy.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: It is important for the Team Sales Representative to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  9. Maintain accurate records: The Team Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer data, sales reports, and forecasting.
