Prepare advice (policy and operational), memos and other correspondence, revise relevant policies on matters related to the Social Security pillar, as required. Review and assist in managing individual cases arising under the MIP for locally-recruited personnel. Provide advice and support to human resources practitioner on the interpretation of human resources policies. Draft and review official correspondence addressed to UNICEF staff (letters of termination, letters of appointment templates, etc.), and other HR-related agreements with staff or external stakeholders, as well as templates for such letters/agreements. Support the Policy pillar of the team in making amendments to UNICEF HR policies, as necessary.
