  1. Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share for our diverse portfolio of brands.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior and market trends, and use this information to inform brand strategies.
  4. Manage and monitor brand performance, including sales, market share, and profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with product development teams to identify and bring new and innovative products to market.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  8. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and adjust brand strategies accordingly.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management, and apply this knowledge to drive brand growth and success.
  11. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support brand growth and achieve business objectives.
  12. Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
  13. Represent the brand and the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and challenges to brand growth and develop mitigation strategies.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Previous Experience In Brand Management, Preferably Within The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Brand Strategies That Drive Business Growth.
