
Associate Director, Category Marketing

- Develop and implement category marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans and achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends, and use this information to drive brand positioning and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze category performance, including sales data and market share, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with product development and innovation teams to identify new product opportunities and bring them to market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the category marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new approaches and technologies into the company's marketing strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Represent the company and its values in all interactions, both internally and externally, and actively contribute to the company's mission of creating sustainable and impactful products.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Category Marketing, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team And Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Successful Category Marketing Strategies, Including Product Positioning, Pricing, And Promotional Campaigns.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Data-Driven Approach To Decision Making And A Track Record Of Achieving Business Objectives.
