Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Performance Planning Role, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Drive Business Decisions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Customer Performance Strategies To Drive Sales And Increase Customer Satisfaction.
