
Associate Manager - Consumer Market Insights
Lead or assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of local and global research activities for a brand(s). Scope of responsibilities includes both mix development and customer/retail understanding. Develop research proposals, suggesting research methodologies. Experiment with new tools, techniques to find and define the business opportunity. Execute research studies; developing questionnaires; analyzing findings; and presenting results. Manage ad hoc research to support the needs of specific categories (eg decision trees, shelf tests). Conversant with Unilever Market & Pricing insight tools and understand market and channel analytics, pricing tools etc. to provide meaningful guidance to leaders. Proficient in quantitative and qualitative primary research methods and analytic approaches.
3-5 years of relevant consumer/market research experience OR relevant analytics experience
High comfort level using IRI/Nielsen (POS data) and Numerator (panel) data strongly preferred
Proven skills in insight, concept, product and/or advertising development
