
Claims Scientist – Consumer Insight
Be an expert for Insights. Using both consumer research and sensory tools to uncover the insights to guide new product development. Collaborate closely with brand marketing, Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) and the development team to define and develop consumer insight plans to fulfil our consumers’ needs and capture market trends. Drive compelling claims, communications, and KBS (knowledge-based selling) demos for multiple brands that will land in global markets and regions across different channels. Deliver communications from R&D, helping to develop communications that are purposeful and extremely compelling to bring our products to life in emerging channels. Ability to deliver Holistic Product Design through consumer/sensory research and claims development. Lead projects associated with CTI/Claims innovation activities. Design Consumer/Sensory research, develop Claims and Demo support strategy.
1- 2 years experience in Formulation Design/ Development and/or CTI/Claims
