- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales data, and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Lead cross-functional meetings and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making on supply chain initiatives.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed forecasts for product demand, inventory levels, and production needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and proactively make recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize supply chain operations.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to supply chain optimization and process improvement.
