Collections Specialist

Coordinate the collection efforts of approximately $800M receivable balance for all business areas. Responsible to provide support to the 3rd party collections team through training and act as collection subject matter expert. Coordinate/consolidate documents from 3rd party for audit monitoring, preparation and resolution. Act as first escalation point for issues, identify possible process improvements and implement appropriate changes. Assist with identifying customer risk through by working closely with 3rd party collection team, as well as working with EDI and DMO on. Provide backup to order release from credit hold. Run LEAP reporting, ensure 3rd party collection team input, and participate in quarterly LEAP meetings. Additional reporting will include collection effectiveness and scorecard for a wide audience. Assist with testing, escheatment review, and executing M&A integrations.
