- Develop and implement consumer promotions strategies for Unilever's portfolio of brands.
- Lead a team of consumer promotions specialists to ensure the successful execution of promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align promotions with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights that can inform promotions strategies.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of promotions and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the impact of promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in consumer promotions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate promotions plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Represent Unilever at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brands.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize promotions strategies to drive growth and engagement with consumers.
- Uphold Unilever's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility in all consumer promotions initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Unilever and uphold our values and principles in all interactions with consumers, partners, and stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Promotions Or Marketing, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Execute And Evaluate Consumer Promotions Campaigns.
In-Depth Understanding Of Consumer Behavior, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Consumer Promotions Initiatives And Driving Sales Growth.
