Line Technician

Responsible for performing job functions in a manner that promotes a safe work environment, including compliance PPE, fall protection, and all other Plant safety policies and practices. Active member of a Production Team (Space Saver, Klondike, Gram) and supports the team culture of the Covington Plant through participation and leadership in TPM Star Point functions. Responsible for CIP/COP functions to maintain a sanitary work environment. Follow established procedures for monitoring product specifications such as product weight, product size, machine output, wrap, code dates, product quality etc. Keep areas clean, organized and dry. Oversee all operations at workstations, including personnel assigned to your workstation. Will create and maintain TPM standards, the writing of One Point Lessons, and participation in Kaizen events.
