
Marketing Innovation Manager
Execute global new product initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D that fulfil company strategies, support the social mission, and meet financial objectives for sales, gross margin and profitability. Lead projects cross-departmentally to ensure that key milestones are met and goals achieved. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. Work with an agile mindset to move projects through decision gates by communicating decision moments and complexities with senior leaders. Manage the successful transition of new products to the local Brand teams according to specified criteria & timing. Support Brand teams in the planning of both short and long-term business and marketing initiatives and deliver insights to help with internal and external sell-in.
A minimum of 4-6 years in Marketing, with some experience in Product Innovation
Proven ability as a creative and innovative thinker with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and leadership
Ability to balance the art & science of marketing – ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong business mindset
