Process Engineer
Responsible for the improvement of waste and performance metrics for two production lines. Increase stability of the production line to support our vision from traditional line teams to a semi-autonomous team. Identify growth and savings opportunities within the factory and develop business cases around them. Manage small projects from ideation through implementation. Work closely with operators and maintenance team during continuous improvement activities and act as the technical trainer when needed.
3-5 years in Packaging Project Management or Continuous Improvement experience required
Experience in FMCG/CPG (nicetohave)
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits (nice to have)
Familiar withcontrols and automationwith Rockwell PLCs (nicetohave)
