  1. Operate and maintain production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  2. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
  4. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with supply chain team to ensure continuous production.
  6. Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets set by management.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Keep accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments to improve production processes.
  11. Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
  12. Comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education: A Production Machine Operator/Technical Operator At Unilever Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Math, Science, And Technical Concepts, Which Are Crucial In Operating Machines And Equipment.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Able To Understand And Troubleshoot Complex Machinery And Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of Electrical, Mechanical, And Computer Systems.

  • Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Setting: Experience In A Manufacturing Environment Is Highly Preferred For This Role. Candidates With Previous Experience In Operating Production Machines Or Technical Equipment Will Have An Advantage In Understanding Unilever's Production Processes And Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Production Machine Operator/Technical Operator, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Quality And Safety Of The Products Being Produced. The Candidate Should Be Able To Follow Detailed Instructions And Accurately Record Production Data.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: This Position Involves Standing For Extended Periods, Lifting Heavy Objects, And Working In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
