Job Description

As Quality Assurance Manager, Health & Wellbeing (Dietary Supplements) – US you will be part of a corporate level team responsible to lead Quality support for multiple US operating companies (brands) to create, grow and protect the businesses. Manage and implement Quality Assurance strategies, policies, and objectives in accordance with Company strategic plans.Represent company on appropriate forums. Develop and execute robust end to end Quality strategy for your support function(s). Partner with other functions like R&D, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure timely Quality deliveries. Participate as an effective member of cross-functional product teams. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training within Quality team/ department as required. Maintain specialized product category knowledge.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of direct US dietary supplement/OTC/Consumer Healthcare Quality experience.

  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge and experience on FDA and Health Canada Quality and applicable laws and regulations, as well as of cGMP standards.
