Job Description

Union Bank is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Relationship Manager to join our team and help us maintain strong relationships with our customers. We’re looking for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is highly organized and customer-service oriented. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with people at all levels and passionate about customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field and have at least two years of experience in customer service and relationship management. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid knowledge of banking policies and procedures as well as excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. A successful candidate should also have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
