Job Description

Input into the Web Based tracking system all incoming signature packages from vendors, such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. Deliver such packages to the internal recipients and get signatures using the hand- held devices. Receive, sort and deliver inter-office, USPS, and PO Box mail to all internal departments and designated recipients. Ship inter-office mail bags via courier, retrieve signatures from drivers and file paperwork. Apply postage to outgoing USPS mail using meter machines. Answer phone calls and assist internal customers.

Job Qualifications

Ability to operate a hand truck and flat beds to deliver and pick up large packages
Able to hand sort interoffice and US mail
Able to provide coverage at our Mail Services Office in Brea, California to cover for vacation and sick time
Able to lift 45+ pounds
