As a Communications Coordinator, you will play a critical role in creating and managing internal and external communications that reflect our company values and initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of public relations, marketing, and social media, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.   1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Create and manage both internal and external communications, including press releases, social media content, and email communications.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  4. Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media trends to identify opportunities for positive exposure.
  5. Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's brand and message.
  6. Plan and execute events and initiatives to promote the company's mission and values.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the company and media outlets, responding to media inquiries and coordinating interviews and statements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
  9. Assist in crisis communication and reputation management plans.
  10. Track and report on the success of communication efforts, making adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and public relations.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  13. Manage communication budgets and ensure that all activities are within budgetary guidelines.
  14. Train and educate employees on effective communication practices and company messaging.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Public Relations Role, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Audiences.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Social Media Management Platforms.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
