  1. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainability practices into company operations.
  4. Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on emerging environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.
  6. Coordinate and oversee environmental training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance.
  7. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for remediation of environmental incidents or violations.
  8. Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  9. Develop and manage environmental budgets and resources to support sustainability initiatives.
  10. Communicate and engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community members, to promote environmental sustainability efforts.
  11. Participate in the development and execution of environmental impact assessments for new projects and initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions and practices.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed of new technologies and best practices in environmental sustainability.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on environmental issues and regulations for the company.
  15. Lead or contribute to special projects related to environmental sustainability as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Laws And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Environmental Compliance And Regulations.

  • Experience Conducting Environmental Assessments And Implementing Mitigation Measures.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
