  1. Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to minimize the company's impact on the environment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and emissions.
  5. Stay updated on relevant environmental laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
  6. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies for all environmental-related matters.
  7. Conduct training and education programs for employees to promote environmental awareness and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Environmental Risks.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Environmental Compliance, Preferably In The Transportation Or Railroad Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, And Resource Conservation And Recovery Act.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Environmental Concepts To A Variety Of Stakeholders.
