- Support the recruitment and hiring process by assisting with job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and support the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Experience With Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
