  1. Maintain and enhance the organization's technology systems to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in daily operations.
  3. Implement and maintain cutting-edge technology solutions to improve transportation services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for technology systems and processes.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to suggest and implement improvements in technology systems.
  7. Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems and data.
  8. Train and support employees on the use of technology systems.
  9. Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  10. Recommend and implement upgrades and updates to technology systems as needed.
  11. Work closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  12. Conduct regular audits and perform maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of technology systems.
  13. Provide timely and effective technical support to all employees.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to technology systems.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report on progress, issues, and solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In An It Role, Preferably In The Railroad Industry.

  • Experience With Network And Server Administration, Including Knowledge Of Windows And Linux Operating Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Protocols And Best Practices.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
