- Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain operations for Union Pacific Railroad.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of supply chain processes.
- Negotiate contracts and build relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain management.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other departments within the company.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding delivery timelines and maintaining a high level of product quality.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.
Knowledge Of Transportation Operations, Including Rail, Trucking, And Intermodal.
