  • Basic Mechanical Skills: Track Maintenance Workers Must Possess Basic Mechanical Skills To Operate And Maintain Hand And Power Tools Used In The Maintenance And Repair Of Tracks. This Includes Skills Such As Using Wrenches, Hammers, And Other Hand Tools.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Labor, Including Heavy Lifting, Carrying, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Efficiently.
