  1. Monitor and direct the movement of trains along the railway network in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Communicate with train crews, conductors, and other dispatchers to coordinate train movements and ensure the timely delivery of freight.
  3. Track train locations and update schedules to maintain optimal train flow and minimize delays.
  4. Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise.
  5. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.

  7. Collaborate with other dispatchers and departments to address any operational issues and find solutions.
