  1. Develop training programs and initiatives for employees at all levels within the organization.
  2. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, making sure they align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  4. Create training materials, presentations, and other resources to support the delivery of training programs.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee training, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  8. Communicate with employees and managers to promote and encourage participation in training programs.
  9. Work closely with external training providers to ensure quality and cost-effective training solutions.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all safety regulations.
  11. Manage training budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  12. Support the onboarding process by providing training for new employees.
  13. Collaborate with HR to identify and address any performance gaps through training interventions.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any training-related issues.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates on training activities and effectiveness to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Training Coordination Or Related Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.
