Job Description

At UNIQLO, we are looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about helping customers, is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and has a pleasant and warm demeanor.The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.If you are an enthusiastic individual who loves interacting with customers and has a genuine desire to help people, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional and courteous customer service to customers, answering questions and providing helpful solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain a good understanding of UNIQLO products in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  3. Assist customers with online ordering, returns, and exchanges.
  4. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a positive work environment and foster strong relationships with customers.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  8. Assist in other tasks as needed.
