Job Description

As an Inventory Analyst at UNIQLO, you will be an integral part of our strategy to ensure successful operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and analytical individual to join our team and help us reach our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, forecasting demand, and controlling stock levels.The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. They should also have a good understanding of supply chain practices and experience in inventory management. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Inventory Analyst must have the ability to work with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
  2. Analyze customer demand and develop inventory plans to meet customer needs.
  3. Develop reports and make recommendations to management on inventory optimization strategies.
  4. Manage and coordinate inventory transactions between vendors and customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze stock levels, trends, and forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  6. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  7. Create and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
  8. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external suppliers.
  10. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
