Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and creative Product Developer to join the UNIQLO team! As a Product Developer, you’ll be responsible for creating innovative products that capture the UNIQLO spirit and meet the needs of our customers. You should have an eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to think outside the box. If you’re a creative problem-solver who’s ready to make an impact on the world of fashion, this is the perfect role for you!Required qualifications include:• A degree in fashion, design, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in product design and development• An understanding of the latest fashion trends and the ability to create on-trend products• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once• Proven experience with product development from concept to market

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze global fashion trends and develop products that meet the needs of UNIQLO customers.
  2. Design and develop innovative products with a focus on maintaining the UNIQLO spirit.
  3. Create detailed sketches and technical specifications for products.
  4. Ensure that products are created according to cost and quality standards.
  5. Monitor the development process and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the product team to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve products.
  9. Monitor market trends and adjust product designs as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
