Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers on arrival and provide assistance with selections.

• Listen to and accurately interpret customer needs to provide solutions and resolve customer issues.

• Provide customers with product information and advice on styling and fit.

• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.

• Receive and process customer returns and exchanges.

• Ensure the store is kept tidy at all times.

• Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising tasks.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the UNIQLO product range.

• Participate in regular store meetings and training sessions.
