Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, provide excellent customer service, and assist customers in finding the perfect items for their needs

• Use upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

• Maintain product knowledge including current fashion trends and product features to educate customers

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Develop and maintain a professional and organized work environment

• Follow store opening and closing procedures

• Receive and unpack store merchandise

• Assist with store displays and merchandising

• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

• Follow all safety procedures and policies
