In this role, you will create engaging, appealing, and memorable visual experiences for customers, while ensuring the UNIQLO brand is communicated in the most impactful way.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in Visual Merchandising. You must also possess a keen eye for detail and design, and be able to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can let your creativity shine. Responsibilities:

  1. Create visually appealing displays and installations that effectively communicate the UNIQLO brand and promote products and services.
  2. Design creative, trend-driven visual merchandising concepts and strategies.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and adjust visual displays accordingly.
  4. Develop a visual merchandising calendar and ensure that all displays are updated and in line with current trends.
  5. Evaluate, maintain, and update visual merchandise displays on a regular basis.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of visual displays.
  7. Manage and coordinate visual merchandising projects, from concept to completion.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices.
  9. Provide support in digital marketing initiatives.
  10. Train and mentor junior visual merchandisers.
