  1. Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant programs.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most effective learning solutions.
  4. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  5. Deliver training programs to employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing a variety of training methods.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually enhance training offerings.
  8. Partner with HR and leadership to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and retention.
  10. Act as a coach and mentor to employees, providing support and guidance in their professional development.
  11. Communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure training needs are being met and address any concerns or challenges.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors or consultants as needed to supplement internal training offerings.
  13. Continuously seek feedback and make adjustments to training programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization and employees.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee development plans.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive learning culture throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience Creating And Delivering Training Programs, Both In-Person And Virtually.

  • Familiarity With Learning Management Systems, Data Analysis, And Reporting.
