
QA Compliance Manager

- Develop and implement quality assurance and compliance strategies and programs to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to address compliance issues.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure company compliance.
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance and compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track compliance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Lead and support internal and external audits and inspections.
- Communicate compliance updates and requirements to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve any customer complaints related to product quality and safety.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance and compliance training programs.
- Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement to ensure continuous compliance.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance and compliance budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and compliance professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Food Science, Or Related Discipline.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Compliance, Or Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Pertaining To Food Safety And Quality.
Experience Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions To Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Standards.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Train A Team On Quality And Compliance Protocols.
