- Lead and mentor a team of assortment analysts, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.

- Communicate assortment plans and strategies to various stakeholders, including sales teams and suppliers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure a strong and diverse product assortment.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to assortment planning and execution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve assortment processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to natural and organic products.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Assortment Analysis Or Category Management Within The Grocery Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Retail And Wholesale Grocery Operations, Including Product Assortment And Merchandising Strategies.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Industry Tools Such As Nielsen Or Iri.
Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Departments.
