
Community Planning and Development Representative

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in urban planning, public administration, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in community planning and development. Knowledge of federal regulations governing community planning and development, as well as experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, is also highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to state and local governments on community planning and development
- Coordinate with other federal government agencies regarding their statutory responsibilities for community planning and development
- Build sustainable, healthy, and thriving communities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulations governing community planning and development
- Develop programs and initiatives to promote community development
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the community
- Develop and implement strategies for community engagement
- Monitor the implementation of community planning and development projects
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on community planning and development
- Research and analyze trends in urban planning and development
